Refund policy

Because every order from Kitty Pic Magnets is printed with your personal photos and personalization, all sales of custom items are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, blurry uploaded photos, or typos in personalization text.

However, we stand behind the quality of our work. If something goes wrong on our side, we will make it right.

When We Offer a Free Remake

You qualify for a free replacement (remake) when:

  • Your order arrives damaged in transit.
  • The item has a verified printing or manufacturing defect.
  • You received the wrong item (e.g., wrong size, wrong design, wrong personalization that does not match what you submitted).

How to Request a Remake

  1. Email tom@scrantonmagnets.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Attach clear photos of the item showing the damage or defect, plus a photo of the outer packaging if relevant.
  3. You do not need to ship the item back to us — please keep it. We do not request the return of personalized photo prints.
  4. Once approved, we will produce and ship a replacement at no cost to you.

Refund (By Exception)

If a remake is not possible (for example, the design cannot be reproduced) and the issue qualifies under the conditions above, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of approval; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Cancellations & Changes

For standard orders, production begins shortly after checkout. If you are using our "buy now, upload later" feature, production begins after you submit your photos. Cancellations and design changes are only possible before production starts. Once your order has entered production, we can no longer modify or cancel it. To request a change, email tom@scrantonmagnets.com as soon as possible.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are strictly non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
